Simply Tools provides browser-based utilities as-is. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and for validating important results before relying on them in legal, financial, or production workflows.

4. Local-first scope and product boundaries
Many core workflows are designed to run locally in your browser, but site hosting, security, and analytics still rely on online infrastructure. Future features may evolve, including optional accounts or other integrations, and these terms may be updated as the product changes.

We aim for a fast and reliable experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, compatibility with every browser environment, or support for every file edge case.
